3oz. Sunset very Strong Rum
1oz. Coconut water
8oz. Cranberry Juice
Dash Angostura Bitters
Dash Nutmeg
Grenadine

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Mix well and strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a Pineapple slice.
